Shipping policy

Processing Time:

• All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
• All preorders will ship in the designated ETA window. If there are any preorders in your order, the entire order will ship together when the preorder(s) come in. 
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Locations:

• We proudly ship to all U.S. addresses, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
• At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
• Expedited Shipping: For RTS *Available at checkout for faster delivery.
• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays caused by carriers.

Shipping Charges:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.
• We occasionally offer promotions with discounted or free shipping, which will be clearly stated at checkout.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Address:

• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Four Parks Co is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
